Engineering,
project management
and prototypes for
sheet metal forming
& stamping

From 2D and 3D design to the first working part — managed from a single source.

Full project management, from 2D and 3D engineering to delivery.

Specialists in method planning, die design and prototype manufacturing.

Supporting OEMs in Europe and Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers globally — from Bursa, Türkiye.

This is FEAD Engineering.

Engineering

From method plan to die design.

2D and 3D design, method planning and forming feasibility for sheet metal parts — from first concept to release.

Die design built for production reality: robust, serviceable and ready for try-out.

Project Management

One contact, from kick-off to delivery.

We plan, coordinate and track every step — engineering, suppliers, try-out and delivery.

Clear milestones and transparent reporting for OEMs and Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.

Prototyping

From data to the first working part.

Prototype dies and parts, built fast and close to series intent.

Short loops between design, try-out and correction — so problems surface early, not in production.

1

Method planning & die design

Forming feasibility, method plans and 2D / 3D die design, built for production reality.

2

Prototype dies & parts

Fast prototype tooling and parts, close to series intent — with manufacturability feedback early in design.

3

Project management & try‑out

One contact coordinating suppliers, try-out and correction loops through to delivery.

4

Low‑ to mid‑volume production

Short runs and niche programs built at controlled quantities — with series‑level care for quality and repeatability.

5

Pre-series & series tooling support

When the program moves on, we carry the know‑how into pre-series and series tooling.

How we work

Rapid

Short loops between design, try‑out and correction.

Manufacturable

Feedback early in design, before final die machining begins.

Direct

Engineers talking to engineers — one contact from kick‑off to delivery.

Efficient

Method planned before die design, so rework and cost stay low.

Streamlined

One partner from 2D / 3D engineering to the first working part.

25 years of sheet metal experience — one operation at a time.

Blank

Material and thickness come from your specification. We develop the blank outline from the part — sized for the draw, with minimal scrap.

Draw

We design the draw: binder, draw beads and addendum that guide the material where it needs to go — without splits or wrinkles.

Trim

Trim lines are developed together with the draw. For prototypes the trim line is laser‑cut; for series, we design the trim steels — so every edge lands where it should.

Pierce & laser cut

For prototypes, holes and apertures are laser‑cut after forming — accurate, flexible and quick to change. For series tooling, we design the pierce operations.

Flange & restrike

Flanging and restrike bring the panel to its final shape. Prototype tools stay simple and direct — cam units are designed in where series production needs them.

Springback

Released from the die, the panel relaxes. Knowing how much — and building it into the die faces — is where 25 years of experience pays off.

Engineering review & buy‑off

Every design is checked before final die machining begins. Existing designs are reviewed and brought up to the required standards. On your behalf, we run part and die feasibility — and can manage your design partner, too.

Prototype die

The prototype die is machined in‑house from the approved die faces, on a table of up to 5,000 mm — design and build under one roof, so changes move fast.

Prototype parts

First parts are pressed on our own 1,000‑tonne hydraulic press, with a bed of up to 5,000 mm — tried out, corrected and delivered, ready for your build.
